French Orange Mobicarte 3G SIM – Ready to Use in France PAYG

This Pay As You Go SIM is ready to use in any unlocked phone or in an Orange France phone. Comes with 5 euros credit which can be topped up with a voucher from any tobacconist and most french supermarkets. It is also possible to top up online or by telephone with a credit card issued in France.There are internet packages available by the day, week or month at reasonable rates. Current rate for internet is 3 euros a day, 7 euros for a week or 9 euros a month. These can be purchased direct from your phone using existing credit from a simple menu system. Local calls are charged at 50 euro cents a minute. Calls from France to Europe cost 70 euro cents a minute and to the USA and Canada 80 euro cents a minute. Calls to the rest of the world cost 1.55 euros a minute.

The SIM comes with full instructions and conditions of sale in French and an easy start guide in English. Ready to use Orange France phones and top up vouchers are available too – ask for details.

10.  There is a legal requirement in France to register mobile phone and data sims.  This Sim can be registered with Orange France by post          ( registration form comes with sim ) or by email.  Email takes two days and can be done from anywhere in the world. There is no requirement for an address or telephone number in France for registration. Registration is easy -  just  send a copy of your ID - passport or driving licence -  plus the registration form  to Orange France.  Ask for full details if you prefer to register by email. 

    Registration form must be returned to Orange France within 8 days of starting to use the Sim. Sim is valid for 6 months after ID is accepted by Orange France.Sim will be suspended if  ID is not with Orange France within 30 days and terminated if no ID is presented at an Orange Boutique in France within a further 30 days. This sim can not be topped up until Orange France have received ID details.

    
    

     Registered Sims are also available at no extra charge.  Please let me know if you would like a registered Mobicarte Sim. Unregistered is to be preferred as this give an account in your own name which can be managed online. The registration procedure is very simple  and does not require any presence in France. You can use your own home address and telephone number.
