          Passive Power over Ethernet PoE Kit - Just add network cable.

This kit uses your existing power supply allowing an Access Point  to be positioned at some distance from a mains power point eg on a roof or near a window. Can be used with an Access Point or other networked device up to a distance of about 30 metres. Over 30 metres use an active PoE unit which comes with its own power supply. Kit comes with 5.5 x 2.1 mm connectors for the power supply. This Passive PoE Kit  works with other network devices eg IP camera if the connector is 5.5 x 2.1 mm or an adaptor can be fitted.

• Allows flexible positioning of Access Points or other networked devices
• Works up to 30 metres
• Over 30 metres uses Active PoE
  
• Just needs standard CAT5 network cable
